• Established People Want Games, a boutique game development studio, overseeing game design, development, web design, and marketing initiatives.
• Apparel designer, working with apparel companies to create new artwork and merchandise, creating designs for the FC Cincinnati, MLB, and other brands. Created a line of custom bleached apparel that was sold on-line and through pop-up shops.
• Provide consulting services, offering expertise in branding, brand positioning, and marketing.

• Co-founded Tom+Chee where I launched and grew a grassroots concept from a small tent into a national restaurant franchise, opening 51 locations across 15 states.
• Guided the design direction for all brand assets, including menus, packaging, and promotional materials, ensuring a cohesive and appealing brand image.
• Implemented marketing strategies to leverage media exposure, gaining national recognition, sparking widespread excitement, and significantly boosting brand visibility.

• Oversaw the successful acquisition of Tom+Chee by Gold Star Chili, ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining brand integrity and franchisee confidence.

• Implemented streamlined pre-press production processes that significantly enhanced the quality of artwork while reducing production time by 75%.
• Created multiple new brands, overseeing every aspect from initial concept, manufacturing, to production and retail launch.

• Managed trend analysis and licensing opportunities.  Contributed significantly to sales growth, driving annual revenue from $1.5 million to over $25 million.
• Drove collaborative design efforts with licensors and retail partners, resulting in apparel and accessory designs that drove merchandise sales, breaking sales records.
• Oversaw approval process with licensors, ensuring designs aligned with style guidelines and secured necessary approvals for licensed apparel and product lines.

• Orchestrated print pre-production processes, ensuring meticulous proofing and timely delivery of print-ready files to the printer for the weekly newspaper and quarterly magazine publications.
• Coordinated with the publisher and editor to meet tight publication deadlines consistently, balancing multiple projects and optimizing production workflows for maximum efficiency.

• Led multiple high-complexity projects concurrently, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and follow-through throughout the pre-press phase of comic book production. Utilizing Adobe software to execute pre-press tasks such as file preparation, color correction, and layout, ensuring print readiness and meeting production deadlines consistently.
• Managed shift operations, including workflow prioritization and directing artwork files to appropriate departments, ensuring smooth pre-press operations and timely project completion.
